Content & Ownership
Your Content. You own the inputs and outputs you create. You grant us a license to store and use your content to operate, improve, and secure our Services.
Our Use of Content. Content shared or published inside the platform may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt-out or designate it as private.
No Guarantees of Uniqueness. Due to the nature of AI, similar outputs may be produced for different users.
Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds
Billing. We offer one-time purchases, monthly and annual subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to recurring charges unless canceled.
Refund Guaranty . We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion

Price Changes. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Breaching these Terms
- Abusing AI tools or creating harmful content
- Engaging in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
- Inactivity over 12 months (for free accounts)
Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
All testimonials shown are real but do not claim to represent typical results. Any success depends on many variables which are unique to each individual, including commitment and effort. Testimonial results are meant to demonstrate what the most dedicated users have done and should not be considered average. EbookLab.ai makes no guarantee of any financial gain from the use of its products.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
